This contract is valid for sales made through the website www.qundaq.com and regulates the rights and obligations between the buyer and the seller.

Buyer
The person who places an order and completes the payment process through the website www.qundaq.com is considered the "Buyer". The name, surname, address, and contact information entered during the order are taken as basis.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer electronically through the website www.qundaq.com.
3. Product Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, selling price, and payment information of the purchased products are based on the information specified during the order and are included on the order summary page.
4. Product Price and Payment

5. Delivery and Shipping

6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchased product. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised:

- Must be sent with its original packaging.
Products that are not suitable for resale due to hygiene reasons are not accepted for return.
7. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must contact the Seller within the specified period.

8. Refund

10. Dispute Resolution
Turkish Republic laws will apply to disputes arising from this contract. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place are authorized to resolve disputes.
11. Effectiveness
The Buyer declares that by placing an order through the www.qundaq.com website, they have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of this contract. This contract becomes effective upon completion of the order.
