Qundaq products are carefully prepared and packaged in the safest and most hygienic way for your baby and delivered to you. Your orders are usually delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days.

Return Period

You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

Hygiene and safety are our top priorities in baby products. Therefore, for returns to be processed:

• The product must be unused
• Must not be washed
• Labels must not be removed
• Must be sent with its original box and all accessories

Especially for your baby's health, returns of used or washed products cannot be accepted.

A Small Request

Qundaq products are special products designed to accompany your baby's first days. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review the size, color, and product details before placing your order. This way, we can collectively prevent unnecessary return processes and the environmental burden caused by transportation.

Damaged Product Status

If the product reaches you damaged or faulty, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will quickly provide a solution.
